Absence Policies
Tuition is automatically charged on a monthly basis and is based on enrollment, not attendance. A missed lesson or two is considered part of the normal cost associated with taking personal time or vacation.
Students must provide at least one (1) week’s notice for any planned absence if they wish to request a make-up lesson.
Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and are subject to instructor availability. Students are responsible for requesting a make-up lesson.
If the assigned teacher is unavailable, the school may arrange an alternative make-up option when possible.
Make-up lessons may be conducted as in-person, online, group sessions, or as extended lesson time, depending on availability and scheduling.
