Absence Policies

  • Tuition is automatically charged on a monthly basis and is based on enrollment, not attendance. A missed lesson or two is considered part of the normal cost associated with taking personal time or vacation.

  • Students must provide at least one (1) week’s notice for any planned absence if they wish to request a make-up lesson.

  • Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and are subject to instructor availability. Students are responsible for requesting a make-up lesson.

  • If the assigned teacher is unavailable, the school may arrange an alternative make-up option when possible.

  • Make-up lessons may be conducted as in-person, online, group sessions, or as extended lesson time, depending on availability and scheduling.
