Absence Policies

  • Students must provide at least one (1) week’s notice for any planned absence.

  • Students are responsible for requesting a make-up lesson, subject to instructor availability.

  • If the assigned teacher is unavailable, the teacher will arrange an alternative make-up lesson.

  • Make-up lessons may be conducted as in-person, online, group sessions, or as extended lesson time, depending on availability and scheduling.
