ABSENCE & MAKE-UP POLICY

Tuition and lesson packages reserve instructional time and are not based on attendance.

Students are encouraged to provide at least one (1) week's notice for planned absences whenever possible.

Students are responsible for requesting a make-up lesson, subject to instructor availability.

If the assigned instructor is unavailable, KMSE will arrange an alternative make-up lesson or reschedule the lesson.

Make-up lessons may be provided as in-person lessons, online lessons, group sessions, or extended lesson time depending on availability.

Missed lessons without reasonable notice may not be eligible for a make-up lesson.

Make-up lessons have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for refunds or credits.

HOLIDAYS & SCHOOL CLOSURES

Kyle Music School & Entertainment observes the following holidays:

• New Year's Day

• Martin Luther King Jr. Day

• Presidents' Day

• Memorial Day

• Independence Day

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving Day (Thursday & Friday)

• Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

Students with lessons scheduled on holiday weeks are encouraged to coordinate an alternative lesson time with their instructor when available.

Tuition remains unchanged during holiday months as tuition reflects enrollment and reservation of lesson time rather than the number of lessons occurring in any particular month.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY

A late fee of $25 will be assessed on overdue accounts.

An additional $5 fee will be charged for each scheduled lesson day that payment remains outstanding until the account is brought current.

Lessons may be suspended until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Kyle Music School & Entertainment reserves the right to release a student's reserved lesson time if an account remains unpaid for an extended period.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Trial lesson fees are non-refundable.

Participation in lessons, rehearsals, performances, competitions, and school activities is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk to the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law.
